1. What MarketPulse is
MarketPulse is a discussion platform for stock market, index, IPO, crypto, and investing-strategy conversations. It is a place for community members to share opinions, sentiment, and commentary with each other.
2. MarketPulse is not a financial advisor
MarketPulse does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice of any kind, and nothing on this platform - including comments, topic descriptions, daily sentiment polls, admin updates, badges, reputation scores, or any other feature - is or should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise trade any security, token, or financial instrument.
All content on MarketPulse is created by users, for discussion purposes only. MarketPulse does not review, verify, endorse, or vouch for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of anything posted by any user, regardless of that user's reputation score, trust level, badges, or role.
If any user posts something that reads as advice, a recommendation, or a trading signal, MarketPulse is not responsible for it, has not approved it, and does not stand behind it. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on anything you read here, and you should not rely on user-generated content as a substitute for advice from a licensed, qualified professional.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be legally permitted to use this service in your jurisdiction. MarketPulse may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms or community rules, including for spam, abuse, harassment, coordinated manipulation, or repeated moderation violations.
4. User-generated content
You retain ownership of what you post, but by posting you grant MarketPulse a license to display, distribute, and moderate that content on the platform. You are solely responsible for your own posts, comments, and reactions. Do not post anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or that you don't have the right to share.
MarketPulse uses community reporting and moderator/admin review to remove content that violates these terms, but does not pre-screen content before it is posted, and cannot guarantee that all violating content will be caught or removed promptly.
5. Prohibited conduct
Do not use MarketPulse to: impersonate someone else; run coordinated pump-and-dump or market manipulation schemes; post spam, scams, or unsolicited promotions; share others' private information; or attempt to circumvent moderation, bans, or rate limits.
6. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
MarketPulse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketPulse and its operators are not liable for any losses, financial or otherwise, arising from your use of the platform, your reliance on any user-generated content, or any trading or investment decision you make.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of MarketPulse after a change means you accept the updated terms.
